Use Maclip from the right-click menu
Select text in almost any app and right-click it. Under Services, Maclip adds three items. They work with text, links and colours, not images.

What each one does
| Item | What it does |

| Save to Maclip | Saves the selected text as a clip. Your clipboard keeps what you copied before. |
| Paste from Maclip… | Opens the ⌘⇧V panel. The clip you pick replaces the selected text. |
| Remove Link Tracking | Replaces a selected link with the same link minus its trackers. Shown only when the selection is a link. |
Don't see them?
- In Maclip, open Settings → General → Right-Click Menu and click Open Keyboard Settings.
- Click Keyboard Shortcuts…, then choose Services in the sidebar.
- Open Text and turn on the Maclip items you want.
