Colour clips: swatches and names

Copy #1E90FF, rgb(30, 144, 255) or hsl(210 100% 56%) and Maclip saves it as a colour, with a swatch and the nearest common colour name, like Dodger Blue.

Good to know

  • Search the name: “blue” or “orange” finds every colour of that kind.
  • The Colours filter in the dashboard lists only colours.
  • The dashboard preview shows the name, HEX, RGB and HSL values.
  • Pasting a colour pastes exactly what you copied.
